Is the top tier included in the serving count?

Yes, the top tier is counted in the amount of servings. The top tier was traditionally saved and served on the 1st anniversary, but this tradition is rarely observed today. It is however, still an option and we will gladly provide a box and plastic bag for safe freezing.
